In this last meeting we did some more planning around the spring musical. Now that we have a Facebook page, it is easy to share information about the musical with your Facebook Friends.
There will be T-shirts made for cast and crew with some left over for sale to family, friends and the general public.
Chik-fil-A sandwiches will be on sale for $4 Friday night and maybe Saturday night, as well as candy, cookies etc. There will also be flowers available.
We have about 6 business sponsors and more are coming in the deadline for getting an ad in the musical program is February 19th. Parents will also be able to purchase "shout-outs" (personal congratulations for cast members). Details should be available on this web site soon.
Other business talked about included a wine and cheese reception for the art exhibition in may. The date would be Thursday May 26th and the cost would be $20 per ticket.
